Flourish services are developed by Tim Coburn, a leadership and learning specialist with 20 years experience in senior positions at world class organisations.
Experience
Corporate
Tim Coburn has over 20 years experience in senior roles with world class organisations. At Rolls-Royce, he was Global Head of Learning and of Talent Management; at Motorola, he was an OD and Talent Management Executive and at the BBC, he was an OD Executive and a Senior Management Trainer. He is retained as a Leadership Consultant at Kenya Airways having spent a year with the airline in Kenya.
Education
Tim is currently Chief Executive of Vital Partnerships, the knowledge exchange partner of the internationally recognised School of Education at the University of Bristol. 
In addition to supporting learning improvement strategies at schools and colleges in the UK and overseas, he has hands on experience of teaching at Kibera Girls Soccer Academy, a slum-based secondary school in Nairobi, Kenya. He delivers enterprise skills for young students and he is a Parent Governor at Appleby Primary School, Cumbria.
