‘Childless by circumstance’ or ‘childless not by choice’ refers to people of any gender who have not become biological parents as a result of personal circumstances rather than their own choice.
For example, it could be that they are experiencing infertility, have undergone fertility treatment like IVF without the desired outcome, experienced pregnancy loss, not met the right partner or not met them at the right time. The individual’s sexuality may also mean they are unable to have a biological child together with their partner.
-
Flow exists to support people of all genders who find themselves childless by circumstance to navigate their way through what can be a very confusing and unsettling time. People of all genders are welcome.
Everyone experiences childlessness differently so the coaching approach will be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, which we would discuss in the the chemistry call before starting.

Yes, I do offer coaching for couples who are childless by circumstance.
Couples’ coaching can help partners navigate and build a future together that respects and acts in service of their individual needs, as well as those of their partnership.
I recommend having 1-2 initial coaching sessions separately in order become clearer on each person’s individual needs and values before coming together.

Usually coaching sessions are one hour long and take place every two to three weeks.
Different people have different preferences, though, and I can accommodate longer sessions or longer periods between sessions. We would discuss all of this during the free chemistry call.

A typical coaching programme is built around five to six sessions, but you may decide you want more or less.
Each session typically focuses on a different part of the coaching process from understanding where you are now and where you want to be, to mapping out the steps you need to take and addressing what might be standing in your way.
It’s completely up to you and you can talk about this during your chemistry call.
