Meet the Coach: Kasia Little

Qualifications & Accreditation

BSc Psychology, Royal Holloway University of London

Postgraduate Diploma in Senior & Executive Level Coaching, ILM

EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner

Hello I’m Kasia,

I’m a qualified and accredited Senior Coaching Practitioner providing one-to-one coaching online or in-person in Reading, Berkshire.

After my own tumultuous (in)fertility journey, I set up this coaching practice to help others like me navigate the aftermath of one of life’s curveballs; infertility, unplanned non-parenthood, childlessness by circumstance - however you like to name it.

Because we are not defined by the outcome of our fertility journey.

My mission is to help people who find themselves involuntarily childless to:

  • Rebuild their identity

  • Think creatively about their future

  • Turn possibilities into reality

Helping you find your flow to a fulfilling life in spite of the cards you’ve been dealt.

Would you like to have a chat to learn more?

Each session brought me greater clarity and direction, and I gained much more than just the original goal I set. I will forever be grateful for her support and look forward to applying everything I’ve learned.

Coaching style

My role is to be your independent thinking partner, to listen carefully, and to have no agenda other than supporting you towards your goals. I will never tell you what to do or how to do it. My sessions are:

Safe & exploratory

Through honest conversation, considered questions, and light challenge we’ll create the conditions for you to think deeply and dig into what truly matters to you now - your values.

It’s about finding your footing, not forcing positivity so, if unexpected emotions surface, you’ll find our sessions a safe space to sit with and understand them. They can be insightful clues when learning about our values.

Playful & creative

Some of the greatest ideas about our future come when we give ourselves permission to play and think freely. It can be a fun way to help us break out of fixedness and open our minds to new concepts.

This isn’t about masking the tough stuff. It’s about moving forward with lightness and fresh energy when the time is right.

Pragmatic & action-oriented

Without action we stay stuck. So the idea is to help you engage in both creative thinking and doing so that your ideas become tangible steps towards your goal. I’ll be here, in your corner, checking in and helping you stay on track.

All of this comes underpinned by the empathy of my own experience of infertility and loss.

So, what’s it like to work with me?

Professional background

I’ve been fascinated by human psychology for over 20 years and - whilst I’ve navigated what might be considered a ‘squiggly career’ - this has remained a core driver and motivator in all of my pursuits.

What started as a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London evolved into managing digital transformation at a pharmaceutical company, training as an Innovation Coach and Facilitator, and qualifying as a Senior Coaching Practitioner with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and In Good Company.

The common denominator? Supporting people to navigate change with creative confidence, helping them to surface their inherent capabilities in overcoming challenges so they can find and choose the best solutions for themselves.

“when the right conditions exist, people are naturally capable of creativity, problem solving and growth. And my role is to help cultivate those conditions…”

Because the belief that underpins it all is that, when the conditions are right, people are naturally capable of creativity (not just the artistic kind), problem solving and growth.

And my role is to help cultivate those conditions for the people I work with, giving them the space, time and psychological safety to work through what is a hugely significant life transition.

As an accredited coach, I’m held to the highest standard of practice set out by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and subscribe to their Code of Ethics.

This means that I’ve committed to maintaining professional competence, boundary management, integrity, and ongoing development to protect clients and uphold the highest standards of professional excellence.

It also means that if you have any concerns about my work, you have a place to go to hold me to account.

Are you ready for the first step?
