Meet the coach
Hello I’m Kasia,
I’m an accredited Senior Coaching Practitioner based in Reading, Berkshire (and online too).
I decided to set up my practice to help people (like me) navigate the aftermath of one of life’s curveballs; infertility, unplanned non-parenthood, childlessness by circumstance - however you like to label it.
Finding your flow in a new chapter
Beyond the loss of parenthood, many of us experience a loss of identity. We wonder, “What’s next?”, “Who are we if we’re not parents?”, “How do we live our lives now?”.
Where once there was a ‘life plan’ suddenly there’s a blank page to be re-written. That can be daunting, but also immensely exciting!
Through in-person or online coaching, I’m here to support you to figure out what you want from this new chapter and how to go about shaping it.
Coaching Approach
A safe space to think & discover
Through honest conversation, considered questions, and light challenge we’ll create the conditions for you to think deeply and dig into what truly matters to you now.
It’s about finding your footing, not forcing positivity so, if unexpected emotions surface, you’ll find our sessions a safe space to sit with them and understand them. They can be really valuable clues in figuring out our values.
Warmly pragmatic
Without action we stay stuck. So the idea is to help you engage in both creative thinking and doing so that your ideas become tangible steps towards your goal. I’ll be here, in your corner, checking in and helping you stay on track.
Playfully creative
One of my personal values is about injecting fun and enjoyment into the things we do, even as adults. After all, some of the greatest creativity happens when we give ourselves permission to play and think freely.
This isn’t about masking the tough stuff. It’s about moving forward with lightness and fresh energy when the time is right.
Qualifications & Accreditation
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and am accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
Before this, I graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and spent 15 years working in public and private sector businesses in education, marketing, and digital transformation. Having a ‘squiggly career’ myself I’m no stranger to navigating change!
Through my training as a Facilitator and Innovation Coach I’ve supported teams with creative problem solving, ideation, and change management, and I draw on many of these techniques in my one-to-one coaching practice today.
If you’d like to find out more, I’d be very happy to have a free, 30-minute ‘chemistry chat’ with you.
