Format: online (Teams) or in-person

75-minute one-to-one coaching session with Kasia Little, Senior Coach Practitioner
Exploration of where you are now, where you want to get to & steps that will enable that
Self-guided coaching exercises between sessions (optional)
Outcomes may include:
A renewed sense of identity & confidence
Clarity on what’s important to you now & how it shapes your future
Defining what a fulfilling life means to you
Overcoming limiting beliefs that might be holding you back
Tangible & realistic steps to help you get to where you want to be
Cancellation Policy
48 hours
Life can be unpredictable and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be charged.
